I had the opportunity to revamp the web platform of MarineMax, the leading recreational boat and yacht retailer in the nation, creating a hub for boating enthusiasts and improving the purchasing process for both existing and prospective customers.
Inspired by excessive Netflix viewing during the COVID pandemic, I transformed traditional in-person boat shows into an online experience, allowing consumers to browse boat content in a familiar way.
The boat finder tool was crafted to assist prospective boat owners in discovering their ideal vessel. It streamlines the local dealers' inventory and highlights the customer's most desired boats, making the search process effortless and personalized.
The strategy for the homepage was to personalize the component structure based on different user personas: first time buyers, multi visit users, and frequent visitors who are prior customers.
For the Premium Brokerage Program and the MarineMax Experience, I created the content strategy, UX, and final design that utilizes pre existing and new UI CMS components. I simplified complex ideas into an easy to understand process.
